Terms of Use

1. What PayBio does

PayBio lets creators create a premium storefront where they can share products, bookings, digital offers, and creator-owned checkout links with their audience. PayBio provides storefront software. Buyers pay creators directly through the creator's own checkout links. PayBio does not process buyer checkout and does not hold buyer funds.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the legal right to use the checkout links, products, offers, and payment providers you add to PayBio.
• You must use PayBio in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your country.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us as soon as possible.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PayBio to:

• Break any laws or regulations.
• Promote scams, fraud, misleading schemes, or unauthorised financial activities.
• Sell or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Misrepresent products, offers, pricing, delivery terms, or refund policies.
• Interfere with or overload our infrastructure or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions and billing

PayBio offers free and paid software plans. Billing for paid PayBio plans is handled securely by Stripe.

• When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorise Stripe to charge the subscription fee on a recurring basis.
• Your subscription continues until you cancel it via the Stripe customer portal or we cancel it.
• Prices and features may change over time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

6. Third-party checkout and payment providers

When someone buys from you through a checkout link on your PayBio store, that transaction is between you, the buyer, and the external checkout or payment provider. PayBio is not the seller of your products and does not control or guarantee:

• Whether a buyer payment is completed, refunded, reversed, or disputed.
• The fees, exchange rates, payout timing, or policies of external providers.
• The delivery, fulfilment, tax treatment, legality, or quality of your products and offers.

You are responsible for complying with the terms, laws, tax rules, consumer rules, and policies that apply to your products and providers.

7. Intellectual property

The PayBio service, brand, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while you follow these Terms.

You keep the rights to your own content. By adding content to PayBio, you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

8. Service changes and availability

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time to improve performance, fix bugs, or comply with laws. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability.

9. Disclaimer

PayBio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs. You use PayBio at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of PayBio.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for PayBio software in the previous 3 months, if any.

11. Termination

You can stop using PayBio at any time. You can cancel your paid subscription via the Stripe customer portal. We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, or if required by law or a third-party provider.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, where allowed by local law.
